Pizza Staff/Crew

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a pizza shop, restaurant, or food service environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when necessary.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Food Preparation

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and ingredients according to company recipes.
• Assemble and cook pizzas while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and consistency.
• Assist with preparation of side dishes, salads, and other menu items.

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions regarding menu items and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns politely and promptly.

Kitchen & Store Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.

Teamwork

• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
