Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shawarma Maker in a restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Arabic shawarma preparation and seasoning.
  • Ability to prepare both chicken and meat shawarma.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and marinate chicken and meat shawarma according to company recipes.
  • Assemble and operate shawarma machines safely and efficiently.
  • Slice and serve shawarma with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Prepare shawarma sandwiches, platters, and related Arabic fast-food items.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain proper food storage procedures.
  • Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP standards are followed at all times.
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and kitchen organization.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
