Senior Specialist, Regional Marketing
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of B2B Marketing experience, ideally within the Fintech or Payments industry.
- Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.
- Deep understanding of the UAE and KSA business landscapes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot (or similar), and 6sense.
- Proven experience across multiple channels including events, PR, content, and email marketing.
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, 12-month maternity cover role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the delivery of the MENA marketing roadmap to drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation across the UAE, KSA, and the wider region.
- Lead the planning and execution of flagship regional events and hosted sessions, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Manage regional PR agencies to translate marketing milestones and research into high-impact media coverage and thought leadership.
- Execute diversified Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage and nurture key enterprise accounts.
- Use marketing technology tools to track performance against key metrics and optimize activities for conversion.
- Partner with valued merchants to develop success stories and case studies.
- Collaborate with regional commercial teams to align marketing efforts with sales and account management goals.
