Senior Program Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in management and/or professional liability insurance
• Demonstrated experience in program, captive, or alternative risk structures
• Track record of managing complex program portfolios
• Experience in program due diligence and structure design
• Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
• College degree required

Preferred

• Experience operating in high-velocity, lean startup environments
• Strong cross-functional experience with actuarial, legal, and IT teams
• Enthusiasm for AI-forward workflows and technology integration

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and evaluate new program opportunities through due diligence across underwriting, legal, and operations
• Support program structure recommendations including coverage architecture and rating frameworks
• Negotiate, execute, and maintain Program Management Agreements
• Conduct regular performance audits and portfolio analyses against established KPIs
• Manage program relationship continuity from inception through production
• Facilitate communication between agency partners and service teams to resolve policy and billing matters
• Attend national trade conferences and industry events as a senior representative
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve program analysis and operational efficiency
