Associate Technical Program Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management
• Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrated hands-on experience
• Ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps)
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA
• Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business stakeholders to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points)
• Support execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks and managing blockers
• Facilitate cross-functional communication on system improvements and operational roadmaps
• Provide tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management and configuration
• Assist with implementing system enhancements and user-focused troubleshooting
• Identify opportunities to leverage application capabilities to increase productivity
