Senior Product Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Product-management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of financial products such as Margin, Futures, Perpetual Swaps, and Options.
• Technical or quantitative background such as Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Ability to understand trading logic and risk methodologies and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred for coordination with global stakeholders and partners.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Set product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems.
• Improve matching engines, risk engines, and pricing models for derivatives.
• Work on products covering Futures, Margin, Options, Event Contracts, and related trading products.
• Translate complex trading requirements into technical solutions with trading-engineering teams.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from planning through release and subsequent feature launches.
• Monitor backend performance and address issues before they affect users.
• Ensure trading systems meet applicable standards, regulations, and best practices.
