REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in hospitality or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in housekeeping, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Certifications in housekeeping management or hospitality services are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing teams effectively, demonstrating leadership and conflict resolution skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold quality control and address any deficiencies promptly.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and staff allocation to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff, promoting best practices in cleaning techniques and customer service.
