Senior eFX Operations Analyst

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive hands-on experience with Centroid and PrimeXM xCore (connector setup, FIX account management, and reporting)
• Proven expertise in MetaTrader MT4/MT5 server administration
• Solid grounding in FIX protocol and electronic trading connectivity
• Strong background in CFD brokerage operations and retail FX environments
• Experience with server management, hardware optimization, and infrastructure monitoring
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and manage bridge connectivity, including connectors, dealer links, and liquidity provider relationships
• Create and maintain FIX session accounts to ensure reliable connectivity and stable data flow
• Administer MetaTrader MT4/MT5 server infrastructure, including group settings, symbol parameters, and cluster management
• Monitor live trading environments to identify and resolve latency issues or execution anomalies in real time
• Lead the installation, configuration, and monitoring of third-party plugins and vendor solutions
• Manage trading holiday calendars and serve as a senior escalation point for trade support queries
• Partner with technology, compliance, and front-office teams to drive operational efficiencies
