Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience constructing and reviewing valuation models (DCF, comparable company, stock option, and intangible asset models)
• Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is beneficial

RESPONSIBILITES

• Perform in-depth research of capital markets, industries, and competitors
• Analyze target companies regarding market strength, strategic fit, and business models
• Develop tailor-made analysis tools to support valuation models
• Perform valuations using discounted earnings, discounted cash flow, and market multiples
• Analyze capital markets and assess cost of capital according to CAPM
• Present results in clear, concise reports and assist in developing client presentations
