REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Proven experience working as a scheduler for a Michigan-based home care agency or within the Michigan Home Help Program ecosystem is required.
• Software Proficiency: Direct, hands-on experience using HHA Exchange for master scheduling, shift modifications, and EVV monitoring is required.
• Self-Reliance: As this is a solo supervisor role without a direct scheduling support team, you must be a self-starter capable of managing a high volume of schedule changes and urgent, last-minute adjustments independently.
• Skills: Expert-level organizational skills, logistics management, and professional phone etiquette. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy in scheduling are paramount.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Scheduling: Build, manage, and adjust all caregiver schedules independently using HHA Exchange. You will be the primary person responsible for solving service gaps, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs to maintain 100% coverage.
• EVV & Shift Compliance: Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data in real time within HHA Exchange to ensure caregivers are clocking in and out properly, resolving exceptions immediately to ensure seamless billing and payroll processing.
• Utilization Management: Track authorized hours under the Home Help Program to ensure caregivers do not go over or under their state-approved limits, maximizing care delivery while staying strictly within authorized limits.
• Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers regarding schedule updates, changes, and availability.
• Roster Maintenance: Continuously updates caregiver availability, geography preferences, and skill sets within HHA Exchange to ensure optimal matching for new and existing clients.
