REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Administration, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or a related role
- Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, lookups, and data organization required)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
Preferred
- Exposure to CPG, retail, e-commerce, or pet industry
- Experience with retailer portals, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), EDI
- Familiarity with item setup, pricing, retailer/distributor requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities across retail, e-commerce, and distributor channels
- Assist with item setup documentation, SKU changes, and data cleanup
- Help manage and monitor retailer and distributor portals (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, SPS Commerce, Chewy, Petco, etc.)
- Support pricing, promotions, and MAP compliance tracking
- Assist with ad hoc data requests
- Coordinate timelines and information flow between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Provide administrative and analytical support
