REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills (comfortable on camera and phone)
  • Sales-minded with confidence handling client conversations
  • Highly resourceful and proactive
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools
  • Tech-savvy (Zoom, Google Docs, calendars, CRMs, etc.)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
  • Professional appearance and demeanor on video calls

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take prospective clients through sales calls and close new signups
  • Follow up with warm leads and previously pitched prospects
  • Support current students/clients and keep them engaged and on track
  • Act as a project manager to help clients get up to speed and stay organized
  • Assist with social media and brand growth (personal + business)
  • Track conversations, take clear notes, and handle follow-ups
  • Communicate updates clearly and keep leadership informed
  • Help schedule calls, manage tasks, and handle operational details
  • Complete occasional personal or business admin tasks as needed
