Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors
  • Comfortable working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Quick to learn new SaaS tools and workflows
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in non-standard situations
  • Confident and respectful when following up with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Capable of independently managing a high-volume workload in a remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and customer requirements
  • Monitor the shared Orders inbox on an hourly basis
  • Prioritize requests based on urgency and ensure timely processing
  • Proactively retrieve time-sensitive purchase orders
  • Coordinate with Sales Representatives and customer Accounts Payable teams
  • Identify missing information or inconsistencies in Salesforce
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in Salesforce
  • Ensure all finalized agreements are properly documented
