Sales Operations Administrator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors
- Comfortable working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Quick to learn new SaaS tools and workflows
- Able to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in non-standard situations
- Confident and respectful when following up with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Capable of independently managing a high-volume workload in a remote environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review quotes and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure alignment with internal policies and customer requirements
- Monitor the shared Orders inbox on an hourly basis
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and ensure timely processing
- Proactively retrieve time-sensitive purchase orders
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives and customer Accounts Payable teams
- Identify missing information or inconsistencies in Salesforce
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in Salesforce
- Ensure all finalized agreements are properly documented
