Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative support or operational role.
- Education: College education and a degree is a plus. Work related experience will be considered more highly.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or project management tools.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Abilities: High attention to detail with problem-solving skills to manage complex scheduling or operational issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Support: Assist the Operations Managers with day-to-day operations, including text and phone communications, team coordination with phone agents.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and suggest or implement improvements to boost efficiency.
- Data Management & Reporting: Create, maintain, and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g., CRM or inventory systems).
- Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, doctors, and patients, ensuring high-quality patient processing and coordination.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate records.
