Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate or post-graduate degree (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of professional sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Proven background in English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Extensive experience managing the end-to-end tender process.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience working within a global matrix organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape and execute innovative sales strategies to surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in assigned regions.
• Lead, mentor, and encourage a dedicated English Language Learning (ELT) and K12 education sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Uncover new business opportunities and expand market presence within the ELT and K12 sectors.
• Develop and maintain positive, lasting relationships with key clients and collaborators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and support the educational mission.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring the delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
