Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native Arabic speaker and fluent English (essential)
  • 5+ years’ experience in tyre sales (mandatory)
  • Strong background in manufacturing tyre / B2B sales
  • Experience in UAE, Iraq, or Egypt is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of ownership and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Good understanding of:

  • TBR and OHT segments
  • PCR and LTR products
  • Agri, industrial, and OTR equipment
  • Customer usage and segment needs
  • Competitive landscape across the region

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Business growth

  • Meeting the budgeted sales targets for Apollo/Vredestein in the assigned country/region
  • To constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments.
  • Establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders.
  • Engage and update dealers and distributors on regular basis through periodic formal product communication sessions and frequent informal interactions.
  • Work closely with the regional teams for driving sales & Implementation of various strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Gather & share market intelligence on competitor activity.
  • Positioning of Apollo/Vredestien brand in the assigned market with respect to pricing, product preferences.
  • Interact closely with Tech/R&D dept on new product development
  • Prospection of potential Fleet customers
  • Prospect, Identify potential TBR fleet customers in the assigned market in coordination with the Business Partner.
  • Nurture and develop all the categories in the assigned country/region.

Training

  • Training to internal Teams on Product & business

MIS & Reporting

  • Administrative, Functional, Technical, End user, Business Partner, Competition
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program and publish report on monthly basis.
  • Reporting of Sales & Stock of Business partners monthly
  • Monitoring and Analysing market information, products and vehicle trend.
  • Monitor market shares in each segment of the range through periodic studies, field visits.
