REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales role with proven track record
  • Experience managing and leading others in a professional environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional account management skills
  • Data-driven decision making with strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills with proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Fluent written and spoken English

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the APAC region
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as customer advocate internally
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer long-term goals
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and subscription management
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities
