REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
• Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable working independently and learning quickly
• Sales/SDR experience is a plus, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound cold calls to a targeted list of businesses
• Follow a simple script, then adapt based on the conversation
• Qualify leads (need, timing, decision-maker) and schedule meetings
• Update notes and outcomes in a CRM/tracker
• Hit daily activity targets (calls, connects, booked meetings)
