REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on restaurant marketing or business development experience
  • Direct experience operating Talabat / Deliveroo / Noon dashboards
  • Proven experience increasing restaurant revenue
  • Experience acquiring corporate or catering clients
  • Strong understanding of restaurant unit economics
  • UAE driving license
  • Based in Dubai
  • Willing to work on-ground and visit branches and clients regularly

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be directly responsible for increasing revenue through 4 primary channels:

1. Aggregator Revenue Growth (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Careem)

You must know how to:

  • Improve category rankings (Top 10 target)
  • Increase Average Order Value (AOV) by 10–20%
  • Improve conversion rate and CTR
  • Optimize menus, combos, and pricing
  • Manage and optimize aggregator ads
  • Improve ratings and reduce refunds
  • Maintain clean and optimized listings

You must have personally operated aggregator dashboards.

2. Corporate Sales & Catering Growth (Critical)

You will be directly responsible for generating corporate and catering revenue by:

  • Acquiring new corporate clients
  • Visiting offices and building relationships
  • Generating recurring corporate meal orders
  • Developing catering opportunities
  • Conducting direct outreach and meetings
  • Converting leads into long-term revenue

This is a hands-on business development role.

3. Neighborhood & Community Revenue Growth

You will:

  • Increase penetration in nearby residential communities
  • Build partnerships with residential buildings and local businesses
  • Execute local marketing activations
  • Drive repeat customer programs
  • Increase direct ordering and footfall

4. Event & Partnership Revenue Growth

You will:

  • Plan and execute event participation
  • Maximize revenue during community events
  • Build partnerships with gyms, schools, offices, and communities
  • Convert partnerships into recurring revenue

This Is a Field-Execution Role

You will:

  • Visit branches regularly
  • Visit corporate clients and offices
  • Execute campaigns personally
  • Coordinate closely with operations team
