Business Development Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles within a crypto exchange
- Deep understanding of crypto trading, specifically Spot, Futures, and Derivatives
- Proven track record of building and scaling KOL networks and affiliate ecosystems
- Analytical mindset with experience working with conversion rates and volume-based ROI
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth, remote environment
Preferred
- Prior experience at a top-tier crypto exchange or ecosystem-driven blockchain project
- An existing, active network of KOLs, influencers, or trading communities
- Experience designing complex incentive structures such as tiered affiliate programs
- Familiarity with global crypto marketing trends and regional compliance guidelines
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute strategies to expand our client’s footprint across the crypto landscape
- Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and trading communities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch influencer-led trading challenges and referral promotions
- Track and optimize key performance metrics including New Sign-ups, FTDs, and trading volume per partner
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle from initial outreach and deal structuring to long-term retention
- Monitor market trends in influencer marketing and competitive partnership models
