Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. degree from any discipline
- 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales environments
- Fluency in Arabic language (required)
- Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
- Hunter sales mindset with proven target achievement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and regions
- Financial markets knowledge including technical and fundamental analysis
- CRM experience and strong relationship management capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and develop relationships with potential clients and partners interested in trading multi-asset products including Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies
- Onboard Introducing Brokers and support them in growing accounts, deposits, and revenues
- Identify and target Money Managers and IBs across the UAE/MENA region
- Organically build a book of business through market relationships and external networking
- Prepare proposals and cross-sell services to meet customer trading needs
- Advise clients on trading strategies, options, and risk management approaches
- Attend industry events to source potential clients and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
