Business Development Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region
- Degree in Business Management or Computer Science
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads
- Experience selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-Suite representatives
- Willingness to travel within the GCC and Middle East region
- Ability to join within a 1-2 month notice period
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and strategic outreach
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase software value to potential clients
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through targeted networking and lead generation activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
