Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable with using technology and learning new systems
- Must be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday during regular business hours
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from clients and team members
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and interactions
- Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
