Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable with using technology and learning new systems
  • Must be able to work full-time, Monday-Friday during regular business hours
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries from clients and team members
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and interactions
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
