REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and identify key information quickly
- Paralegal experience or law office experience demonstrating familiarity with legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear, concise legal documents and correspondence
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software such as iManage or other document management systems
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents to prevent errors before submission or filing
- Knowledge of legal terminology combined with strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Technical proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) along with familiarity with legal databases and case management systems
- Exceptional customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external agencies
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and organize case files using legal management software such as iManage or similar platforms
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and compile relevant information efficiently
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and memoranda with clarity and precision
- Maintain calendar schedules for court dates, deadlines, and appointments to ensure timely submissions
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing documents with courts or agencies, answering client inquiries, and managing incoming calls
- Support attorneys with analysis of case materials, data organization, and preparing reports for review
