REQUIREMENTS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional email, chat, and phone support to clients and team members
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, file management, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and support documents as needed
  • Monitor workflows and assist with general administrative operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Support onboarding and communication processes for new clients or staff
