REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in customer support, administrative support, or remote operations preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional email, chat, and phone support to clients and team members
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, file management, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and support documents as needed
- Monitor workflows and assist with general administrative operations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Support onboarding and communication processes for new clients or staff
