Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of receptionist, administrative, or client service experience (tax or accounting firm experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with scheduling tools, email management
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding missing documents, appointment confirmations, and next steps
- Route client inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensure timely follow-up
- Track client communications and maintain accurate records in firm systems
- Assist with managing client portals and document flow
- Support the team with administrative tasks and workflow coordination
