REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of receptionist, administrative, or client service experience (tax or accounting firm experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with scheduling tools, email management
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Proactively follow up with clients regarding missing documents, appointment confirmations, and next steps
  • Route client inquiries to the appropriate team members and ensure timely follow-up
  • Track client communications and maintain accurate records in firm systems
  • Assist with managing client portals and document flow
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and workflow coordination
