• Comfortable using basic computer systems, scheduling software, and phone systems
• Quiet home workspace and reliable internet connection

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming calls/messages and assist customers with scheduling and questions
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Coordinate appointments for our grooming vans
• Communicate clearly with groomers and team members
• Accurately enter and update customer and pet information
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and general inquiries with care and attention to detail
