REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a high call volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly phone presence
- Experience with Shopify is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support tools
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
- A genuine interest in helping customers and representing the Recovery for Athletes brand
- Experience in e-commerce, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus (but not required)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle high call volume inbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and confidence
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with orders, product questions, shipping updates, and post-purchase support
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on customer happiness, education, and retention
- Manage orders and customer data within Shopify
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach during busy periods
