REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a high call volume environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly phone presence
  • Experience with Shopify is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support tools
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
  • A genuine interest in helping customers and representing the Recovery for Athletes brand
  • Experience in e-commerce, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus (but not required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle high call volume inbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and confidence
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with orders, product questions, shipping updates, and post-purchase support
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience focused on customer happiness, education, and retention
  • Manage orders and customer data within Shopify
  • Document and track customer interactions using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach during busy periods
