REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused mindset with confidence in sales conversations

Ability to upsell and recommend solutions naturally

Goal-oriented and motivated by commission earnings

Self-starter comfortable working remotely

Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred

Remote work experience is a plus

Previous customer service experience

Sales, call center, appointment setting, or commission-based experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with questions, account support, and service-related concerns

Recommend products, services, or upgrades based on customer needs

Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions

Convert qualified leads into sales and account upgrades

Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships

Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity

Meet or exceed weekly sales and customer satisfaction goals
