RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients in navigating banking platforms, ensuring smooth transactions and account management.
  • Detect and prevent potential fraud activities through analysis of transaction data and customer behavior.
  • Conduct thorough data entry to update client records accurately and efficiently in our systems.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to financial transactions or account security.
  • Support multilingual clients by providing bilingual assistance in English and other languages as needed.
