- Detect and prevent potential fraud activities through analysis of transaction data and customer behavior.

- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues related to financial transactions or account security.
- Support multilingual clients by providing bilingual assistance in English and other languages as needed.
