Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous dog experience (professional or extensive personal experience)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing dog behavior and training concerns
  • Sales confidence and ability to guide conversations toward booking
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volume
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Comfortable using CRM software and technology

Preferred:

  • Experience in dog training, veterinary medicine, boarding/daycare, rescue, or pet services
  • Previous phone sales or client intake experience
  • Experience handling difficult conversations with emotional or frustrated clients
  • Knowledge of canine body language and behavior

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls, texts, and inquiries from prospective clients
  • Educate clients on training programs and services
  • Recommend appropriate training options based on client needs
  • Book consultations and training services through our CRM
  • Assess basic safety concerns and behavioral red flags before assigning trainers
  • Gather detailed notes for trainers regarding behavior concerns and household dynamics
  • Follow up with leads and unbooked consultations
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients
  • Coordinate across multiple service regions and trainer schedules
  • Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
