Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– two years customer service experience
– ability to sit down for long periods of time
– ability to multitask
– must be proficient in math
RESPONSIBILITIES
– provide customer service and support before during and after projects are installed
– data entry
– apply for construction permits, utility interconnection, and state registration
– process, manage, and track paperwork or individual projects
– manage project timeline
– work with financing partners to make sure everything is in line before and after install
– track, manage, and send invoices for customer payments and financing partner payments for each project
– track change orders
– manage install schedule and post install
– manage track schedule and invoice for service calls
