Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, spreadsheets, and online platforms
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Experience in healthcare administration, compliance, operations, education, or project coordination preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with behavioral health, healthcare, or compliance-related environments
- Familiarity with online learning platforms or onboarding systems
- Experience working remotely in an administrative or operations role
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with formatting and customization of policy and procedure manuals
- Support onboarding for our client’s Academy and Rated-Well clients
- Manage client communications and follow-up emails
- Organize compliance documentation and digital files
- Assist with scheduling and project coordination
- Prepare reports, templates, and onboarding materials
- Support implementation of internal systems and workflows
- Track project progress and deadlines
