Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, spreadsheets, and online platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills
  • Experience in healthcare administration, compliance, operations, education, or project coordination preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with behavioral health, healthcare, or compliance-related environments
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms or onboarding systems
  • Experience working remotely in an administrative or operations role

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with formatting and customization of policy and procedure manuals
  • Support onboarding for our client’s Academy and Rated-Well clients
  • Manage client communications and follow-up emails
  • Organize compliance documentation and digital files
  • Assist with scheduling and project coordination
  • Prepare reports, templates, and onboarding materials
  • Support implementation of internal systems and workflows
  • Track project progress and deadlines
