Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate Developer sales experience
2. Experience with a UAE-based real estate developer is preferred.
3. Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Presentable, confident and target-oriented.
6. Female candidates preferred.
7. Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly preferred:
   • Chinese
   • Malayalam
   • Kurdish
   • Italian

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
2. Handle sales enquiries and convert leads into successful property transactions.
3. Present and promote the developer’s real estate projects.
4. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
5. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
