REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Ability to follow scripts, templates, and processes
- Reliable communication and follow through
- Interest in business development, sales, HR, recruiting, or research
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Access to a computer and internet connection
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify HR leaders, Talent Acquisition managers, department heads, and vendor management contacts
- Make introductory outreach calls to employers using approved scripts
- Ask employers about their process for approving external search partners
- Identify the correct contact for vendor list approval
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm vendor contacts or gather additional information
- Prepare first touch outreach drafts using approved Accelerate templates
- Maintain an individual tracking sheet with employer names, outreach dates, follow up needs, and status updates
- Participate in weekly check ins
- Complete follow up tasks assigned by Accelerate leadership
- Maintain confidentiality of all employer information, templates, and internal processes
