Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on outdoor or garden equipment preferred.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and lead generation initiatives effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, direct sales, and account management within a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight technical features and benefits clearly.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills for cold calling, inside sales calls, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of retail sales processes, marketing strategies, and territory management techniques is highly desirable. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target both retail and B2B markets for robotic mower products.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase features and benefits of robotic mowers to prospective clients.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional features or accessories, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective account management, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product specifications, industry trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
