Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on paid media management
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research
  • Solid ad copywriting and general marketing copy skills
  • Experience pulling, interpreting, and presenting performance reports

Ability to:

  • Own client accounts end to end and take initiative without close direction
  • Interpret data and clearly explain what it means and what to do about it
  • Manage multiple clients and priorities while meeting deadlines consistently
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
  • Learn new tools and platforms quickly and adopt what works

RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Media & Campaign Management:

  • Own setup, management, and optimization of paid ad accounts across multiple clients
  • Write clear, effective ad copy tailored to each client and audience
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend tweaks to keep accounts hitting their goals
  • Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously without dropping details

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Build and deliver monthly marketing reports and answer client questions on performance
  • Interpret analytics data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
  • Verify and maintain access to Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms for each client
  • Ensure Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking are set up correctly and firing as expected

SEO & Marketing Support:

  • Conduct keyword research to guide content and optimization efforts
  • Oversee SEO execution handled by the team and keep efforts on track
  • Assist with content, ad copy, and on-page optimization as needed
  • Support marketing and industry research and contribute to internal marketing efforts
