QA Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in quality, administrative, compliance, or HSE-related role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of ISO management systems, auditing principles, and risk/compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively within a team.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System and other management systems.
- Perform quality check of inspection reports in a timely manner.
- Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Maintain QHSE documents, records, reports, non-conformance registers, and corrective action tracking.
- Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and management review processes.
- Coordinate QHSE training, meetings, and awareness initiatives.
- Monitor supplier evaluations and maintain related documentation.
- Provide administrative support for QHSE activities and company certifications (ISO, ABS, DNV, etc.).
- Assist with staff events, training programs, and team-building activities as required.
- Provide any additional support required by management.
