Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in quality, administrative, compliance, or HSE-related role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of ISO management systems, auditing principles, and risk/compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively within a team.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System and other management systems.
  • Perform quality check of inspection reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain QHSE documents, records, reports, non-conformance registers, and corrective action tracking.
  • Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and management review processes.
  • Coordinate QHSE training, meetings, and awareness initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier evaluations and maintain related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for QHSE activities and company certifications (ISO, ABS, DNV, etc.).
  • Assist with staff events, training programs, and team-building activities as required.
  • Provide any additional support required by management.
