Project Sales Executive

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in: Construction sales / Fit-out / Interior projects / Building materials
• Understanding of project workflow (tender, design, execution)
• Experience working with contractors / designers / developers
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license (required)
• English (required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with contractors, developers, architects, designers, private clients
• Find and develop new project opportunities
• Handle incoming leads and active projects
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Support projects from design stage to execution
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams
• Attend client meetings and site visits
• Manage full sales cycle (from first contact to payment)
