IT Sales Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technology concepts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients, showcasing the ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the IT sector, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to expand the customer base.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitive landscape and tailor sales strategies to meet specific client needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT solutions and articulate their value to potential customers.
- Manage existing customer accounts and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain regular engagement with customers to understand upcoming projects and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, BOMs, and solution presentations.
- Participate in RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical information.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability targets.
- Promote and sell enterprise technology solutions.
- Understand customer business requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop winning solutions.
