REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and shopping platforms
  • Analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from campaign data
  • Results-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet revenue KPIs
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in GCC markets preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in campaign planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization across multiple platforms
  • Translate high-level business objectives into tactical campaign actions
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and proactively recommend optimizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social, search, and data feed specialists
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable for both clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and performance insights presentations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in e-commerce and performance marketing
