Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Senior experience leading techno-functional change governance in large, complex enterprises
  • Proven background managing ERP techno-functional change at scale
  • Strong understanding of ERP architectures, integrations, infrastructure, and release management
  • Demonstrated success establishing standardized, repeatable enterprise change frameworks
  • Deep expertise in ITSM/ITIL and enterprise governance models
  • Executive-level stakeholder influence and decision-making capability

Preferred

  • ERP and integrated systems exposure
  • Experience in highly regulated or global operating environments

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Govern end-to-end techno-functional change across enterprise application platforms including Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, Informatica, and Unifier
  • Review, challenge, and approve technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation plans
  • Chair executive-level Change Advisory Boards (CAB) with focus on technical risk, governance, impact, and resilience
  • Drive enterprise-wide standardization of change processes across large, complex application landscapes
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, audit, regulatory, and operational requirements
  • Oversee complex change landscapes involving multiple vendors, systems, and delivery models
  • Define and track governance KPIs, risk indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives
