Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Proven experience managing large budgets across multiple digital advertising channels
  • Multi-channel campaign expertise including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and video
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of bid management platforms and ad serving platforms
  • Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead paid media strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns
  • Manage and mentor the paid media team while serving as subject matter expert
  • Develop, execute, and report on paid media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions and provide feedback on team deliverables
  • Support new business efforts and sales pitches
  • Create educational initiatives including internal resources and training sessions
  • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
  • Collaborate with vendors, agency partners, and cross-functional teams on integrated digital strategies
