Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Virtual Assistance, or a related role
  • Strong experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar editing software
  • Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup

PREFERRED :

  • Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand clients
  • Experience using Kajabi, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar website platforms
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, CRM systems, or email marketing platforms
  • Graphic design, branding, or content coaching experience is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including captions, reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials
  • Edit videos and graphics using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Schedule, publish, and manage social media content calendars
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or basic customer inquiries
  • Update website content and landing pages using platforms such as Kajabi, WordPress, or Squarespace
  • Assist with content planning, marketing campaigns, lead generation, and competitor research
  • Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings when required
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, digital files, templates, and SOPs
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
