RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Qualify prospects and identify homeowner interest
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy in a clear and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants
  • Accurately update customer information in the CRM
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Build rapport and maintain a positive customer experience
